faqs & information
WHAT CAN CAMPERS EXPECT?
Campers can expect to be involved in lots of activities, games, crafts, swimming, and laughs! Each morning and afternoon kids will develop their faith in Jesus at special kid’s services. Kids camp is as much fun and faith-building as we can possibly pack into one week!
Kids Camp is a technology free event. Campers are not permitted to bring cell phones, ipads, music players, computers, etc., because of theft and distractions.
Please phone the Maritime District Office @ (902)895-4212, or email email@example.com
Every camper will have the opportunity to participate in two elective activities. Here are the details:
Sports: Still our most popular elective, our campers will use their elective time for basketball, soccer and mini-golf.
Survival Skills: Campers will learn some basic outdoor survival skills which may include knot tying, orienteering, and fire starting while considering safety measures.
Hearts and Hands: New to Kids Camp, this elective will provide opportunities for campers to complete projects that will serve others globally. This choice is great for kids who have a creative side and/or have a heart for missions.
Drama: Those who are interested in drama will have the opportunity to prepare a team drama for ministry in our final service on Thursday. Those who choose drama will complete this elective throughout the duration of camp (Drama will occupy both elective slots so a second choice will not be available to them).
