We partner with our local churches in raising up young leaders, through various leadership development initiatives:
Each Summer, MYMissions takes students age 13-18 through a week of ministry training, leadership workshops, and spiritual development events and then on a week-long ministry trip at one of our District churches.
The Ministry Apprenticeship Program is an eight-month program for young adults who sense a calling to pastoral ministry. Apprentices are placed in local churches to both learn and practice ministry, engage in mentoring, and also complete bible college courses.
