Stonehurst Campground is at 47915 Homestead Rd in Berry Mills, NB and is located only 4 minutes from Glad Tidings Church. You can book by calling (506) 852-4162.
The cost per night for campsites are as follows:

(Convention families are also welcome to park their RVs on the GTC property for the weekend if so desired.)
Glad Tidings Church
GTC has agreed to provide free accommodations in lieu of a hotel stay for those who choose it to help offset the cost of the weekend.
Those who take advantage of this option will need to bring their own bedding. To sleep at the church, registered kids must be accompanied by a parent or chaperone of the same gender.
Please note there is no shower at the church but registrants can use the facilities at Magic Mountain on Saturday afternoon.
Days inn
(Conference Hotel)
Rooms have been reserved at Days Inn in Moncton. The conference rate is $124. Contact Days Inn (506) 384-1050) to book. Space is limited and the deadline to book is July 25. The booking is under "Glad Tidings Church."
The Days Inn amenities include an indoor pool and wifi.
Days Inn is located at 2515 Mountain Rd, Moncton, and is less than a minute away from Glad Tidings Church.
MEALS
Everyone will be provided a bagged lunch on Saturday before we all head to Magic Mountain. All other meals are on your own.
There are many fast food and family restaurants in located close to Glad Tidings.

Julia became a Children’s Pastor in 1990 and has served in the local church for the past 27 years.
Her decision to commit her life to Christ as a young child greatly influenced her decision to minister to children. Pastor Julia’s heart is to see children of all ages discipled and trained in the things of God. She has a Bachelor of Education from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Bible School Diploma as well as her ECE. She is responsible for Spectrum Kids Ministry at Rock Church and the director of Tiny Treasures Nursery School. She is passionate about loving children and helping families. Pastor Julia is married to Rick and they have three children, Marc Andrew, Christopher, and Anna.
Greg Bland

Greg, his wife Lynn and their three teenagers reside in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada. He is the author of, “Pro-Active Parent Coaching: Capturing the Heart of Your Child” which offers parents a simple and practical model for coaching their own children.
Greg is an ordained minister, a certified Birkman Method® Consultant, and received his coach training through Tony Stoltzfus of Coach22. Greg has actively served in various ministry roles for over 20 years, ranging from children’s & youth ministry, assistant pastor, church planting, and most recently, serving as an ‘interim’ pastor for churches in transition. Coaching has and continues to be a primary tool within his life and ministry toolbox because of its ability to help people connect with what God is doing within them, draw out their best, and support their growth.
COURTNEY WARNELL

Courtney Warnell is a mashed potato lovin’ youth pastor and worship leader from King’s Way Assembly in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. She has been involved in worship since she was 16 years old. With the help of Jesus and copious amounts of coffee she is working towards a degree from Master’s College and Seminary.
She is enthusiastic, compassionate and has a passion for working with kids and youth. Courtney can be typically found after Sunday service with a gaggle of kids, from babies to teens, clamouring for her time. She has an infectious personality and the ability to make everyone feel loved and important.
What's included
Registration includes all services, a bagged lunch on Saturday, events, and accommodations (if staying at the church).
All children between the ages of 6 -11 must be registered to attend. There is a reduced registration fee for parents and chaperones who need to be registered to attend events and give oversight to children. Children under 6 are not permitted to attend Kids Convention.
Chaperoning
Every child must have a registered chaperone, of the same gender, who is at least age 16 years old.
A chaperone may only care for a maximum of seven children. A chaperone is anyone, including parents, over the age of 16 who is giving care and oversight to children.

Magic Mountain
Magic Mountain Splash Park has been booked for registered kids, leaders and Splash Kids Convention staff from 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM on Saturday afternoon.
All those registered with the group must arrive prior to the 12:30 PM start time so Magic Mountain Splash Park staff can issue bracelets accordingly.
Amenities are available at the Splash Park to purchase food and beverages, meals and snacks from outside of the venue can also be packed and brought inside. Glass containers/bottles are not permitted on the premises for safety reasons.
To be prepared for Saturday afternoon, registrants should have a smaller bag packed which includes a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen and bottled water (or money to purchase water at the park).
Parents and other family members who are not registered for the convention can take advantage of the
discounted group rate, however, they must do so ahead of time. The cost for extra tickets is $20 (+hst) per
person (parents, unregistered children, etc). These tickets can be purchased when completing the online registration.
No tickets can be purchased at the group rate on site. There is no refund for extra tickets purchased.
